Water is essential for life to exist, yet today among the youth of America we see that sugary drinks like soda and juice are consumed in an exponentially growing amount. At H2O for Everyone, our vision is to also educate the youth about the essential benefits of drinking water and build a mindset of staying healthy. H2O for Everyone for a healthy and hydrated world.

The nutritional benefit of Water

70% of the human body is made of water. Therefore drinking water is essential to maintaining the balance of fluids in the body. This is done by the brain, more specifically the pituitary gland.

Water helps control calorie levels. Drinking an adequate amount a water can prevent high calorie concentrations in the body that result in weight, heart, and breathing issues.

Proper hydration prevents muscle fatigue. When human cells do not maintain their fluid balance, their ability to produce energy and use electrolytes decreases.

Proper water consumption keeps skin clear and fresh. Water is extremely good at flushing out toxins from the body through sweat and urination. As a result wrinkles and blemishes on the skin do not form easily when water is consumed well.

Water helps the kidneys function. The purpose of the kidney is to cleanse blood of a toxic called urea. Water allows urea to be passed through the kidney and cleanse the body of toxins through urination.

Water ensures proper bowel function. Proper consumption of water ensures smooth excretion of the body's waste through the gastrointestinal tract. Constipation is thereby prevented which otherwise would result in severe abdominal pain, build up of toxins in the body, and even death.
